Master Plan Progress– Lisa Mikolajczak
- Hired new landscape company (Green Earth Landscaping) to maintain
common areas.
- Landscaping beds/islands to begin in June
- Maintenance work to begin in June for path around the lake, rolled stone – no
permit necessary.
- Gazebo- Graffiti will be repainted and the lights will be repaired.
- A&E Wildlife will contain the raccoons in the gazebo.
- Clearing of dead trees and cut back of brush will be done around
lake and in common areas.
Block Party
- New e-mail regarding the Block Party for June 21, 2008
will be sent to HOA members and they will need to R.S.V.P..
Action Items
Vehicle break-ins – Tom Vana
- Suggests stickers placed on all vehicles to identify residence of
Hunt Club Woods.
- Possible e-mail sent to HOA members to register each vehicle.
