Call to Order

New Business

• Tom Vana rejoined the Board after taking a Personal leave.

• Tom Vana explained that proper order of the meeting will be followed.

• Discussion and Adoption of Rules and Regulations for Hunt Club Woods – President

  • The rules and regulations will be utilized by the board to ensure the covenants of the HOA are followed. The covenants protect our property values.
  • The purpose for the adoption of the rules and regulations is so that members have a clear understanding of the consequences for covenant infractions.
  • The rules and regulations were done through the Association’s lawyer.
  • Motion to begin reading of the rules and regulations was made by Lisa Mikolajczak and seconded by Tom Vana.
  • Clarification of a couple of rules were made during the reading of the rules and regulations.
  • After all the rule and regulations were read and discussed without objection from homeowners at the meeting, a motion for adoption of the rules and regulations was made by Lisa Mikolajczak and seconded by Tom Vana.
  • Discussion of the Architectural Review Board took place during the reading. The (ARC) now consists of Lisa Mikolajczak, Leo Maric, and Karen Nelson.

Old Business

• President

  • ATV’s are damaging the common areas and Homeowners are urged to report the violators to HCWboard@Huntclubwoods.com
  • The new website for Hunt Club Woods HOA is up and running.  This should improve communication between the homeowners and the board members and events taking place in Hunt Club Woods.
  • Common Area cutting will be done on a regular basis.
  • Neighborhood improvements have taken place at the entrances, along Crystal Lake & Hunt Club Drive as well as the entire path has been repaired with stone and drain tile. New colors have been used to re-stain the gazebo and the entrance signs, into the neighborhood. Also a major clean-up around the path and gazebo took place over the summer.

Action Items

• We still have problems with non-members fishing in our lakes. Need to have ID cards made for the members and their household.
• The Social Committee has been asked to plan an event for the fall, such as a fishing derby. Paula Davis has expressed interest in helping the committee. More volunteers are appreciated to help out and come up with some ideas.
